1. This mail in offer provides accommodations for two (2) adults, at least one of whom must be gainfully employed. If married, you must travel together, if cohabiting both parties must have an ID with matching address. Driver’s license required for verification of age and major bank credit card required – no debit cards. Arrival date must be a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days from receipt of your written request.

2. Up to two children under the age of 18 may stay in their parent’s room for a US$55.00 per child per night charge, payable with your room guarantee.

3. This offer does not include food, transportation, taxes, tips, telephone calls or items of personal nature.

4. All room accommodations are in a hotel or motel in the resort area and are subject to availability of WORLDWIDE TRAVEL CENTER’S room allotments. During peak seasons, conventions, holidays or when WORLDWIDE TRAVEL CENTER’S room allotment is full, WORLDWIDE TRAVEL CENTER reserves the right to substitute a different premier resort destination.

5. Should you need to cancel your reservation WORLDWIDE TRAVEL CENTER must receive a minimum of 21 days written notice prior to your arrival date delivered via certified mail only in order to refund your reservation guarantee. No refund of unused portions.

6. Two or more vacation certificates may not be used within the same year.

7. This certificate may be renewed before its expiration date for a US$15.00 fee.

8. You may reschedule your reservation no less than 15 days prior to your arrival date, with payment of US$25.00 reschedule charge payable to WORLDWIDE TRAVEL CENTER. To reschedule, call toll-free 888-331-3331.

9. This vacation offer is not valid where prohibited by law, may not be used in conjunction with or in place of any other vacation or promotional offer and is invalid for use by distributing agents and their employees. All federal, state, and local laws apply. WORLDWIDE TRAVEL CENTER assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representations made in conjunction with this offer other than those specifically included in this offer.

10. This offer is not valid for groups. A group is considered two (2) or more parties traveling together, or meeting at the same resort with the same arrival date, using the WORLDWIDE TRAVEL CENTER certificate, regardless of where the certificate was obtained. No exceptions.

11. The retail value of this offer varies depending upon the time of year and hotel or motel. Suggested fair market value for processing, servicing and accommodations is up to US$175.00. This offer is not for retail sale and invalid if purchased, bartered, auctioned or not acquired from an authorized sponsor. This offer has no cash value.

12. Any breach of the terms and conditions of this offer invalidates this certificate. Locations subject to change without notice.

13. When calling you will be offered exciting vacation opportunities in the resort area in the hope that you will vacation with the host resort in the future.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OR RECEIPT OF THE VACATION CERTIFICATE, WHICHEVER OCCURS LATER. YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER IN WRITING OF YOUR INTENT TO CANCEL BY

RETURNING THE CERTIFICATE AND SENDING NOTICE TO WORLDWIDE TRAVEL CENTER, 160 SW 12 AVE SUITE 102, DEERFEILD BEACH, FL 33442. NO PURCHASER SHOULD RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACATION CERTIFICATE AND PUTS ALL ASSIGNEES ON NOTICE OF THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER SECTION 559.933, FLORIDA STATUTES.
